There are still Old House Left at the End of the Last few block. Still belong to the Old Owner under the Old Scheme. If you want to have a share of this Place , can negotiate still for a good price. The shop House at the Central Market still selling Gold Fish. Very Good Price. Not a Anti-Market Keep all Nostalgic. Still think Got Development Then Got Progress.

Not a Promoter. But this is really a Ataz Shop. Can feel the ambiance - unless you are really a Local Food Eater Please Don't Comes In. this is my Personal Opinion anyone can object. But the Picture do make a cool old nostalgic feel.
Really got a Old Friend Lived here. Those Corner Shop already transform into High End Bar and Eatery. Not too Long the Rent will be Sky High.
The Wet Market is still Quiet on the Afternoon. Find it Quite a Waste. As Singapore space actually Under Ultilised. Yes Even Orchard Road Got Some SWAMP AREA. There is a few Patch with Wild Tree and Bushes. Image the Central Hot Spot is Not Fully Developed Yet. The Tiong Bahru Hawker with its Fame is Not All Day Buzzling Yet. As you can imagine for some Hong Kong and Tai Pei Busy District.
Even the Tow-Kay First House the Hokkein Noodle don't have Long Que. You still can Order without queing. Still waiting for the Brand Stall. May be another Retired chef to Open a Chicken Rice Stall or Something Else To Anchor the Place.
Personally will want to get a Shop here - those Re-Mix Business. Get it when it is Still a Local Price.
